Well, I can't say I'm totally shocked
Today, the automatic update tracker on the Dell website tells me the delivery date of the laptop I ordered on boxing day, the laptop that's been twice delayed and that they promised me would arrive by Monday at the latest, has been put back by another week. As a result I've spent much of the morning seething with furious anger.
I'm going to call them later, as I have the extension number of the person who promised the delivery date. I plan to ask him, in terms of dark menace, why he lies to customers.
So... does anybody know a good place to buy a laptop?
