Okay, so I did a bit of research. They interest me that much. Feel free to correct anything wrong I've written here.
jealkb, pronounced as something like, "je-yal-kei-bee," began in 2005. They did lives before their first single, metronome, was released in 2006. They have performed in Taiwan, where they are quite popular. They even appeared in a local Taiwan variety show.
The most interesting subject in this band is about their vocalist, haderu. He is one of the comedic duo, LONDON BOOTS, as Tamura Atsushi. From what I gather, "haderu" means "teeth sticking out."
It seems that aside from haderu, some of the guys are also comedians. I'm just not sure which... but they look like a fun lot.
Anyways, haderu, the vox, has a really big grin. I just can't leave that out. He writes all the lyrics and composes a few songs. mofto, one of the guitarists, is the one usually wearing dresses and girl-y stuff. chaos is the keyboardist of the group. But honestly, I'm not convinced that he really is playing the keyboard. Sorry. Show me a live performance and remove my doubt! He has this attitude that makes me think he's one of the leaders. He sang the whole of still lovin' you in the ROSES album. dunch is the bassist... and that's all I know of him. hideki plays the violin. I have yet to see an actual performance, though. I believe he does some rapping, too. elsa is the drummer. He composes most of their songs and does all the arrangement. ediee, the other guitarist... he doesn't wear that mask all the time. And I can't think of anything else of him, either.
Like I said before, they are quite good. [Edit 07/10/2007] I prefer them over the many oshare and visual kei bands at the moment.
