also...i ate absolutely horribly today...aghhh no more food!!!
:-( oh well. after a few days of insane dieting, i needed a splurge. i'll be good tomorrow, i promise. i'm staying in my 32 jeans...i enjoy them too much to grow out of em. so..bah.

i think i might take casey for a walk in the park tomorrow..she's licensed now..so she can't really get into any kind of trouble...
