We can't just sit and do nothing...
It would be... unwise to overexert ourself now.
People are offering to take care of the children.
We can't do anything to help them.
Maybe so, but...
... There are other people who can protect them.
I haven't been here very long, and I don't know very much or have any special skills, but I want to help! So if you need something - anything! - tell me, please... I'm good with children, at least, and there seem to be a lot of them all of a sudden. And I don't mind hard work...
And I don't seem to be changing much, either. Since I think that might make a difference.
