So today I checked the little box on the Rutgers Admission Decision form that said I would go there and gave it to the Graduate Student Coordinator to mail into the Graduate Admission Office.
So yes, I've made up my mind, and I'm going to the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers.
Many thanks to those of you who've had to hear me deliberate out loud repeatedly over for the past 2+ months, and I'll try to shut up now.
