We're looking for someone to fill the room of a good friend leaving. We're a
doctor from Germany, an oceanographer from California, and a web developer and
musician from New York. Two men and one woman about 30 years old, plus you.
We're hoping to find someone who is outgoing, open, and looking for a
comfortable and friendly place to live. Our place has:
-Big, complete kitchen (2 fridges, stove, cooking stuff, dishwasher, etc)
-Back porch with a hammock
-Your bedroom would be ~12'x13', w/ a decent-sized closet. Good light.
-Free laundry
-On street parking
-One bathroom, w/ closet space
-Bright living room/dining room
-Storage in basement
-Wireless internet
-Hardwood floors
10 minute walk to Central, 15 minute walk to Kendall/MIT, 15 minute walk to
Inman. 3 grocery stores within walking distance.
Rent is $760 (plus utilities and internet), available May 1. Seeking a
longer-term flatmate.
