Natsumi ♥ Necoco. Very much. She's still on unsure footing in regards to how you handle a robot as a friend, but she likes to cautiously think she's doing okay, and she forgets about it a lot as it is. After everything that happened before Camp moved, she pretty much decided if anybody tried to hurt him again she'd whoop their ass, whether she can transform here or not.
She's still a little startled by ZEX, but she's curious, too (to be fair, Natsumi's still startled by a lot of things, but she's getting better). She has a million questions but would feel uncomfortable just asking them all since she's had a few people tell her it's childish, and that's not something she's okay with being labeled as. Otherwise, her opinion is pretty neutral.

Necoco ♥ Natsumi! He wishes he could be more useful and like. Actually serve some sort of purpose in her life. But he recognizes that thought's just the robot in him, and enjoys just kickin' it with her. All things considered, Natsumi is the least complicated thing in Necoco's life right now, and that is AWESOME. Let's be bros forever Natumiii
ZEX thinks that Natsumi is charming. That's just sort of how he defaults to people who have a million questions for him. It's like... ZEX really appreciated that she saw him, was weirded out, but got over it. That shows significant strength in character which he totally digs.
How did this whole thing with Shoutarou start, anyway?
Uh. Wow. Okay. This is kind of a long complicated story but I will sum up.
Natsumi is actually pretty tsundere for her roommate. That would be Tsukasa. MANY THINGS HAPPENED and Natsumi decided that this was Probably Not Healthy since Tsukasa is Decidedly Not Interested. So she kind of forced herself into knocking that shit off (spoilers: it's not working nearly as well as she thinks it is) and took up sort of cautiously letting herself be a girl for once, and pseudo-flirted with Shoutarou for a while before mistletoe happened and kind of convinced her that if she minded that as little as she thought she did, maybe she should go out with him. And thus, she started dating a detective. And doing a lot of projecting. Whoops.
Three facts about your characters that nobody else knows? They can be headcanon.
On ZEX: -Developing his sexuality and self-identity was a long and arduous process. He didn't fall out of bed one morning and discover "I love humans!"--he hired many a prostitute to figure out what exact kinks he had. He tried literally everything he could with VUX hookers before moving on to different species. -Even though he is totally devoted to Taiki emotionally, he does sometimes wish that Taiki had breasts. He misses breasts. -If he hadn't been part of the military, he would have gone into politics. He would have been an excellent diplomat, and knows this, but also realizes that he would have been caught in bed with a Thraddash and then crucified.
On Necoco: -His self-identity is a little shaky! He knows that he was meant to be a girl, so he wonders how much of him is "female." Plus, he's a machine, so having a biological sex doesn't actually make sense. He doesn't identify as trans-gender or anything, but that's because it doesn't matter to him; he has a penis-equivalent, he likes dudes, he likes dressing up as a girl
