Abilities: Too lazy to list them all here (Warning: Contains TL;DR and Godmode). Shortened version is that he's a pretty good marksman who also has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider DiEnd. DiEnd's main ability is to use cards to summon different Kamen Riders to fight for him, though he has some abilities of his own, including but not limited to increased speed in battle, shooting out homing lasers, and rendering himself invisible (last one is usually used to escape).
Notes for the Psychics: HIGHLIGHT FOR SPOILERS Used to work for the big bad in his world before he realized that said big bad is this asshole who "brainwashed" his older brother Junichi, is super wanted in his world like I am not even kidding, older brother is actually not brainwashed and working for big bad out of his own free will, thinks Tsukasa is his greatest treasure, will probably steal something valuable from your world. 8) Just basically everything ever about him is free game; hit me up if you want to ask anything at all.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure brosis
Maim/Murder/Death: UM IDK let's talk about it. There is obvs a way to do so but he's a bit of a godmode when he transforms into DiEnd. I am very much willing to work something out, though!
