 The Headstones are making a new album and they're using Pledge Music to gather funds to do it themselves. If you do want to pledge, better to check it out sooner rather than later. They've just reached 75% of their goal amount, and they posted the kickstarter just today!

Edit: Oh man, that ring is GORGEOUS. Too bad I just spent all my spare money for the rest of the year on a pair of boots. =(

I don't know if all the tracks have even been decided yet...but at this point you can follow on the Headstones website what's up with the CD...kickstarter project amazingly closed in only about 24 hours.

Whee, thanks! Yeah, I'm pretty pleased with the way the Boots and Boys icon turned out. I would LOVE to buy a pair of those custom high browns from Alberta Boot Company someday, but not this year. This year I bought these beauties:

I've tossed in my $10 for the basic pledge, partially because I am determined to get my credit card paid off, and partially so I have the funding available to get myself to Vancouver BC when they hit the road to tour with the album, as I couldn't make the reunion tour. (or elsewhere. Vancouver is just the closest Canadian city to me)

ALSO, HOMG, NEW HEADSTONES ALBUM.I'm happy to see that they've hit 96% funding after barely a day. I tend to forget that there's a whole world of Headstones fans that don't know them via Hugh in HCL, via CKR, et all...

OMFG, in about 24 hours the Headstones kickstarter project hit 100%!
I missed the reunion tour, too. *hopes for next tour*
