First trip to Food and Wine 2011 was a success. I spent much more money then I really should have but oh well.
Work has been getting better, after 4 1/2 years I'm finally starting to get the schedule I want. After much bitching and guilt tripping I have more serving shifts opposed to bar shifts. Thank goodness.
Daddy's heart was acting up again the other night. They had to take him in to have it stopped and restarted again. I think he's okay now, for awhile at least.
I can hear my cat in the other room playing with something I'm sure she isn't suppose to be.
Halloween is coming up. I really wanted to go on a cruise but no one can go with me. It's a bit of a disappointment. I guess there's always next year.
It's been raining like crazy all night and morning. I mean, it helped me sleep good but now that it's noon it isn't helping me get motivated.
I close the bar tonight and have tomorrow off. I would like to go on an adventure.
Also the air conditioner in my car went out. It's going to cost AT LEAST $600. Up to $1300 according to one place. I will not be returning there.
Poor car car, but I suppose that after 6 years of good trucking on it's about time things start breaking. It still makes me sad though.
I need to buy more candles. My house feels better with one in each room.
