Its been a while
Its been a while since I've posted on here. Its been about a year and then some. A lot has changed since the last time I posted. Those who are reading this probably know what I'm talking about, since they are the ones who care to read this. Anyways, tonight was interesting. It was my first night going out since I've gotten to FSU. It started off with WhataBurger, good food is always a must for a good night. Then came the Pub and the Lower Lounge, which was pretty cool. Ran into a lot of people from high school in there, so that was kinda nice. But what I really liked was that I bought my own drinks tonight (not much of an accomplishment for people in Tallahassee, but it was a big one for me). So after that me and Mike head over to this apartment complex where some parties were going on in. We get there and its just an okay party, more of a sausagefest really. Well while I was walking around, I decided to go upstairs cuz I saw some people playing beer pong up there and thought they'd be cool and whatnot. I was wrong. I was greeted with a "Hey guys, look its Osama Bin Laden and his cousin." So I left. End of my night. End of my buzz.
I really thought people had gotten over all that, but I guess I was wrong. It's been almost six years since that whole 9/11 thing happened and this is still going on. For Christ's sake, I'm not even really Middle-Eastern, but it's still really hurtful.
I miss being around people that don't suck.
