Work isnt about fun, IT'S ABOUT WORK!

So this one time I had this cool job and was made Kitchen Manager and therefore king of my domain. I worked hard, leaving my heart and soul in my Menu. Once it all became successful, I was given the option to take a pay cut or leave. Astonished at how much less I was Liked/Respected at this place that I had realized, I left that small pond.
Now, I have splashed into a larger Pond with Barely a ripple, and am only a medium sized fish.
