Last year's list here

2006 2005 2004I made it to 52 last year, but it was a hollow victory. Starting over fresh, but again, this year I will again do my best to get to 50, but more importantly, I want to read good writing and stuff that I enjoy. I enjoyed his "A Dirty Job" book very much, but for some reason (despite the fact that I am very much into vampire lore) I couldn't get into "You Suck: A Love Story". He's a clever writer.

And kudos on your 52 books. You're an inspiration. I better get started on my book list!

I think I liked "You Suck: A Love Story" more because I loved the Abby Normal character! I've been reading Moore since his very first book was published, so I've read all of his books in order. "You Suck" is actually a sequel to "Bloodsucking Fiends", although ten years passed between the two books.

We took the kids and went to a book-signing here in DC last fall for YS, so we all got to meet Chris Moore. It was VERY cool!
