It's all a swerve....NEW BLOOD 4 LIFE!

Jul 09, 2005 11:48

That LATEST Chikara post definitely lit a fire under some people. Two posted responses, 13 e-mails.....wow. More people have heard of Chikara than I thought. However, I'm not in the business of posting other people's opinons, just my own. So now matter which way you lean, your secret is safe with me.

I want to let Joe know (*since he's stopped taking my calls and all*) that I'm not talking unsolicited digs. The situation stands at "I WANT to like Chikara" SIMPLY because Joe is involved. But there are big problems with the product right now, problems that even Joe can't deny. Maybe my disappointment stems from the fact that Joe, like EVERY other piece of Chikara talent, is being misused and mislead. Say what you will about Joe, he is an amazing booker and, at times, peerless as a creative influence. I hope this stars showing thru in Chikara events. Seriously, he's THAT talented.

I really hope this hasn't become too much of a personal thing. I would force myself to forget about any of this wrestling stuff if I thought it would mean Sposto being pissed off. We've been friends for a long time, and I'd hate to see that end over some wrestling show. If you're reading, Joe, drop me a line. RickyBigTime@aol.com. Drew can give you my number if you need it.

Anyhow, Collis think's it would be a good idea to move on over to MySpace, so I figured what the hell. Entries will be dubbed for the time being between the two, but picture content will only be at MySpace.

Tape reviews start today on MySpace. I need suggestions as to what shows to review in the future, but for now, I'm gonna start with the grandaddy of them all, the BIGGEST PPV of all times.....WrestleMania 3.

Until we meet again....
