There's a restaurant not far from me, and I got it recommended because of their guacamole egg rolls. Sounds like a similar idea - Mexican and Chinese instead of Irish and Chinese, but same concept.

I'll let you know how they are. :)

I have had Southwestern Eggrolls several times, and they are one of my favorite appetizers!
