But, I saw you die...
You only THOUGHT this journal was dead! Well, maybe it still is, but I wanted to at least update one last time. My life has largely stabilized since my last post months ago and I want this to end on a good note with some closure. So, without further ado, the breakdown of life-as-of-now:
Work - I am now a trainer and media creator for Epic Systems Corporation, one of the fastest growing countries in the state (and hardest to get into, it seems). They produce medical software (some of which I trian people on, and produce media to help train people online), implementing Electronic Medical Records and improving healthcare with their newfangled integrated medical computer stuff. It's a great company, the pay is fantastic, I make use of my skills, I have excellent coworkers, I am treated well, and can dress down and come in late if I want. Yay! I've been there for half a year now and plan on being there much longer.
Home - I own a freaking HOUSE! It's a huge, beautiful place in Cambridge where I live with Celeste and her kids. There's tons of space, and I have things like a furnished basement and a deck and a fireplace. Even when not comparing it to the one-room apartment I had previously it's an amazing place.
Life - Celeste and I will be married as of this weekend. Our relationship is as good as ever and always getting better. I wouldn't have things any other way. I love her and love living with her.
As for the rest, I still keep with many of the same people and have fun with many of the same things. Creative writing and movie making have been a bit slow with work and wedding planning, but after the Europe honeymoon (which can be read about at the live journal name RickandCeleste) there will be more time for that.
In short, all is well.
