Another post long overdue

Hello again. Its been a little over 5 months since my last post, which shouldn't be a big surprise. This summer was a little interesting. In June I decided it was time to move out of the Aguilar household. It was tough leaving them because they had become like a second family to me, but I felt that my life needed a change and I felt moving out would jump start that. I still miss them, but I think its made the time spent with them now more enjoyable. After living with Rommy and Noel for a month I found a place in the Talmadge area which is pretty cool and quiet, so I'm happy with my living situation.
In September, I and pretty much the whole Medina clan went up to wine country for the labor day weekend. We visited wineries all over the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. It was actually pretty fun, I learned some stuff on wine making and I now know how to go wine testing like the pros. On this trip I also met up with Shannon in Santa Rosa. It was pretty cool seeing her again, I was happy to hear she was finally doing something she loves in landscaping. The bar where we went to hang out, unofficially has the coldest Newcastle pint ever, it tasted so good. We also visited the great city of San Francisco on this trip as well. It was a very cool city, we did the usual stuff, cable cars, some pier action, Chinatown. All and all a pretty good weekend. Two weeks later, my friend Rudy and I flew up to Las Vegas to meet up with Hector and his family for Hector's graduation from his P.O. academy. It wasn't your usually Vegas action type weekend. Just chilled out with some of Hector's academy buddies, met the funniest drunk Irish man, just a overall kickback weekend. I was really happy for my buddy. I think it took a lot for him to just up and leave everything that was familar to him. Its good to see that he's having success in the Silver State.
Currently at the moment, I just turned 25. My birthday was just your usual 4 hour work day with a mid term to follow. I had dinner with Miguel, Rudy, and Jen at Gordon Biersch. They have some good food and some good tasting beer, I think another trip is in order soon. For my b-day Jen treated me to a trip to Knott's Berry Farm. I had a lot of fun. They had a 3pt Challenge game there that I think Hector would tear up. They also surprised me with the types of rides they have there, some of them turned my stomach into "knotts" hahaha. As for Jen and I, we just passed our six-month trial period on Monday. It has been really fun. Actually its been nothing but fun, which of course could be a bad thing. Our relationship really hasn't been tested I feel. I'm not going to go and do something stupid just to test it, but its eventually going to happen down the road, then we'll see how strong our relationship is. Thats pretty much all I have for today. Hopefully one of these I can finally keep this thing updated more often, but I'm started to think thats never to happen. Alright catch you later.
