Been and gone and done it!
Well after a week of bugging the hell out of all and sundry we finally took the plunge toight and spent a small fortune on a violet wand set. After alot of thought we decided it was better to go for a decent small set that we were sure would be safe and sound, even if it did cost more. I got this sort of odd feeling that roche wouldn't like me if I electrocuted her!!
I convinced the sellers to replace the cauterizing electrode that came with the set originally, with another less harsh one. Hey I might need a cauterizing one eventually, but not for a while yet! Other than that we got a lovingly restored set that is faithful to it's origins and will be nice and portable and should last us both out if its previous life span can be duplicated.
Let the fun commence!
