Making the Clickity-Clack Sound

Merlin Mann (I think it was him) said that his job wasn't to write stuff, it was to sit at the computer and make the keys go clickity clack. Which is what I've been doing. I've got a project in the works for Vigilance Press and it's been slow going. I put some absolutely horrible prose down this weekend, but it can be fixed. The pitch was very well received and I've been a busy boy. I'd guestimate that I'm about 25% done (in terms of wordcount) - maybe more. I've got statblocks to fiddle with some more.

It's fun to be back in the freelancer saddle again. Sure, it's work for hire, but the thing that kept me from putting my own stuff up for sale on the web is that I don't know the first thing about layout and hiring artists and such.

Playtesting DC Adventures tomorrow. My Saturday night session at Owlcon is sold out. Sunday morning, not yet, but that's to be expected.
