ABILITIES
Hot and Steamy: Tattoi's artificial parts are powered by steam, generated by a special "boiler" inside him. There are also tubes running to his organic parts, supplying steam to vents in his palms and the soles of his feet. Basically, he has a second heart (the boiler) and circulatory system in addition to his plain old blood-pumping ones. This makes his body temperature much higher than normal; let's say roughly double that of a regular human/humanoid. Cold is a severe weakness of his, but he can tolerate much more heat than usual. To fuel all this, he needs to drink anywhere from two to three times as much water as a normal person would.
Test His Metal: His artificial parts, as well as his "steam system," are made of something called biometal. Basically, it's a metal that acts somewhat like living tissue. If it's damaged, it can heal slowly, but more severe injuries require a metal "bandage" to be affixed somehow. This is also how he doesn't lose all steam pressure from a tiny nick in any tubes or pipes; they heal up. The metal itself looks like a dull silver with barely a shine to it.
Jaws for Steel: To keep his biometal parts in working order, and especially to keep them able to regenerate, Tattoi needs to consume metal. He's capable of doing this without any discomfort or injury; this gives him an immensely strong bite as well. Tattoi can actually survive entirely off of metal, and prefers to do so. He can even eat poisonous metals, although they do bizarre things to him; for example, mercury intoxicates him in basically the same way that alcohol does.
Quicksilver: Tattoi is capable of controlling the biometal inside and outside him, although it takes energy to do so. He usually uses this ability to transform his artificial arm into a weapon of some sort; for example, a turbine to generate bolts of electricity, a crossbow to fire arrows, a steam cannon, or even just shaping his fingers into claws. The internal parts are much more energy-consuming to change, but they're also quite useful in some cases. He's capable of taking water (to fuel his boiler) or air (to breathe with) in through any of his vents.
Worst Nightmare: Within Tattoi is a piece of something from his world - a nightmare. Given that Tattoi comes from a dream world, the name means much more than a bad dream. It's a demon, or a dark spirit, or a shadow, or all of the above. It's sapping energy from his body so it can grow stronger, and in exchange, it grants him power. In extreme circumstances, it can even take over Tattoi's body completely, turning him into a mindless, sadistic killer. Because of the unusual nature of Luceti, attacks that are either concentrated mana (or similar energies) or holy/light based will subdue the nightmare.
