Ten things I think of related to green!
1. Money: I know, stereotypical but that's the first one that popped in my head!
2. Brother: My brother is my editor too, sometimes...only when he is in the mood to read something from me, which is rarely. Anyway, his favorite color is green and I always think of him when I see green!
3. High-school crush: I know, it's awful! But I said something really stupid about not liking the color and he asked why....and suddenly I felt incredibly stupid. I didn't have a reason...and I am okay with the color now. I think I just wanted to talk to him...his face after the comment was awful though. It was this little smirk that said, "Really?" and I felt suddenly so awkward.
4. Bananas: random? NO! We always eat our bananas green because when they turn yellow, they taste weird! SO, green bananas. And green beans...yeah...
5. Throw-up: yup..."why is it green?" The eternal question! From salad probably...and the color your face turns.
6. Walmart: Have you noticed that Walmart has a ton of colors they use? It's awesome! We were traveling across the country to visit my sibling, husband, and kid, and there was a green Walmart on the way! I didn't know there were other colors!
7. Envy/jealousy: I like that term, green with envy! It makes so much sense!
8. Cat eyes: green? Yup!
9: Harry Potter: I know! I'm such a nerd! But they always talked about his emerald colored eyes and I just think of his eyes as green! So, that came up when I was thinking of it.
10: Monsters: green, gooey monsters...and the drink...
