Ramblings - Writing/Real Life
So, I noticed that I haven't posted in awhile. Sorry about that, things just got a bit hectic around here. For one thing, I was very excited about how everything is changing! My niece's dad is no longer paying us, but he is babysitting most of the time, so that is a welcome change. I was preparing myself for more classes and job hunting. (JOY!) And actually plotting some major stories I have in mind.
In these past weeks I've been so inspired. The sad thing is...I am such a morbid writer. Everything I write has some tragedy in it, I think I want to play with my more romantic side some. I've actually been considering doing an entire series on Kikyou or doing something with Izayoi's softer side. Mocking series still needs to be updated soon though, something I'll look forward to. And I also have a major story (original) that was inspired by Betrayal of the Clan that I am currently working on. Strange, I haven't really ever written a fantasy story before but this is just the start. It was something that just popped up in my head and I already have some of the names for the main characters. All the characters names are taken from constellations, Fornax, (which I saw a picture of exactly what I pictured him being) and Crux. So...we'll see how everything goes.
I have a few things to post in the coming days, hopefully another one-shot for Sess/Rin and something for Sessmom/Inu no Taisho. (Already written...just need to get my butt into gear.)
By the way, I've been so inspired lately by seeing such fantastic artwork/writing by people.

EXCITING! It's been great seeing so many updates from everyone! I've missed reading everyone's stories lately and I have so much to catch up. *sigh* Hopefully I can get everything done.
In other news, Harry Potter fanfiction still has it's grasp wrapped around me. I've been trying to pull away, but I always see such interesting stories there. Weird thing is, I usually go for some of the stereotypical stories now. Veela mates, super, politically powerful Harry, dark Harry...and a whole bunch of others! There are such fantastic writers out there! I can't help just love these stories. Especially the ones that make fun of those overused plots. They are always so hilarious.
Another person I've noticed with the originality department backed up, is http://www.fanfiction.net/u/2809372/eldritcher. AMAZING! Her stories usually have Tom Riddle, Dumbledore, and sometimes Abraxas Malfoy. She really is fantastic. Some of the stuff is slash and a lot of it is a bit sad, but all of it is so wonderfully written I feel like I've sunk into a world. I am hardly aware of anything while I'm reading. She is SO fantastic! There are a lot of others I've noticed lately but this is just someone I always check to see if she has updated. Even though I am subscribed to her.
