It's been a long time since I've felt the urge to fight, since I've felt that need to release anger, tension, agression. I used to do it every so often, lose myself in the physicalness of throwing a punch and receiving one in return, but it's been a long time since I've needed to do that. There are many reasons for that, none of which I will ( Read more... )

I fight mates quite often, one in particular. I never hit someone who I don't know will hit me back, and I was never one to fight randomly unless provoked. Ever feel like throwing a few punches, let me know...

As for ungentleman-like behaviour towards a woman...sometimes they just ask for it, believe me.

I suppose that's the difference between you and I. I have no qualms with fighting a stranger, even provoking one to throw the first punch if necessary. As for throwing punches with you, Master Kay, now that we know each other, even the little bit that we do, I would not feel comfortable in doing so.

*nods* Perhaps it is the gap in our generations. Regardless of how a woman acts, I still find it inexusable for a man to react a certain way. I am not at liberty to discuss my comments further as they regard someone for whom I hold the highet regards and that person has chosen not to elaborate on the situation.

Oh but it is so much fun when you know someone and know just how strong they are. Fighting Nick is great, I never have to worry about slowing down for him or minding the punches. When he can take no more or I can take no more, we yell stop. We help the other up, laugh a bit, complain about the hardest punches and kicks, and get a drink. *sigh* Ah the good times.

I still think it depends on the reason, but I agree it may have a lot to do with context kind sir. I'm glad to see you're a gentleman, the thought of you treating Rosebud well makes me happy.

We'll be looking forward to your visit, Alan. Not too cheap or sleazy, but we can fake it for a day or two.

*chuckles softly* Pardon me if I find it next to impossible for someone of your class and stature to be familiar with 'cheap and sleazy'.

I'm looking forward to the visit, even though I'll miss my 'niece' and 'nephew'.

*grins* If you weren't so absolutely adorable I might take umbrage with that. Then again, since the shoe fits, I doubt I would.

You're still adorable though.
