Thank you Harry Potter
Well the end is almost upon us and it’s kind of a surreal feeling. Harry Potter has been such a huge a huge part of my life for so long, it was a big part of my childhood and now that’s it’s going to be over brings tears to my eyes. It has always been there for me, when I was sad it would bring a smile to my face, when I was lonely it reminded me we are never truly alone.
Thank you Harry for being brave and standing up for what’s right. You showed me that it’s not about how many friends you have it’s how many true friends you have. That you may not fit in right now you will find a place you belong eventually. You taught me that doing the right thing may not always be easy but it’s the right thing to do.
Thank you Ron for showing me that it’s okay to make mistakes. You always came through when they needed you most. You showed that it’s okay to have insecurities and that you can overcome them. That loyalty means more than all the money in the world/ But most of all you showed what being there for your friends means.
Hermione showed me that being smart is more important than being pretty or popular. That boys are not everything and you can’t let a breakup affect your life. That someone who will truly love you with love you anyways, bushy hair and all. It is important to stand up for what’s right and stick up for other’s who can’t stick up for themselves.
Draco showed that it’s not where you are from it’s what you do that matters. That no matter how badly you have messed up you can be forgiven and most of all your family does not determine who you can be.
Thank you Dumbledore for your wise words and guidance. You always had a plan to help out the trio even if they could not see it yet. Most of all though thank you for being someone we could all look up to.
Thank you Lily for sacrificing your life for your son and showing that love can conquer all.
Thank you Snape for showing us that people aren’t always what they seem and we never really know what a person is actually like. Most of all thank you for helping Harry throughout it all.
Thank you Luna for showing us that it’s okay to be different and we should embrace it. Most of all it's important to always be yourself.
Thank you Neville for being brave and standing up when we needed it the most. You showed that heroes are found in common men.
Thank you Fred and George for always making me laugh even in the darkest times.
The Weasleys showed how family is important but it’s not about what family you were born into it’s about the family you make for yourself.
