Eff no. Virginie could take Margeurite-Anne down. I mean... well, she wouldn't, but she doesn't give a crap about society, which is all Marguerite-Anne really is. So Virginie would probably very politely decline the mission--especially since she's much older than Marguertie-Anne...
4. What is or would be 9's favorite book? (Francois)
Some boring political nonsense, probably. I haven't spent much time on Francois yet, but he'll feature in the second story. You guys, he's an uptight, distant French baron who secretly has a gay Spanish lover though his wife thinks she's living in a fairy tale. Why haven't I played with him more? Goodness.
5. Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around? (alt!Richmond & Sophie)
That way makes sense. Poor alt!Richmond is easy to kick around, especially in the state he's in when he meets Sophie... and Sophie is another one of those strong female characters who does what needs to get done.
6. For whatever reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should 5 share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10? (Richmond, David, Marguerite-Anne)
This is surprisingly difficult. Well, when he spends all his time with David he turns into alt!Richmond... I feel like Marguerite-Anne would either flirt incessantly with him or consider him far beneath her and treat him terribly, so... either way it won't end well.
7. 2, 7, and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss? (alt!Richmond, George, Marguerite-Anne)
They go to... I don't know, Ruth's place... and the conversation gets all weird given that George is from the future, Marguerite-Anne is from the eighteenth century, and alt!Richmond is from the alt!future. George will probably assume alt!Richmond is his Richmond and that'll be awkward; no one will want to mention time travel or the future to Marguerite-Anne for fear of breaking time; Marguerite-Anne will probably say something hateful about Josephine-Marie at some point, and we know alt!Richmond will have some trouble with that...
8. 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens? (Adelaide, Natalie)
lol, something awesome. Well, I mean the challenging scene would be awesome. The scene where Natalie, given that she's a frikking scientist from the future, kicks Adelaide's convent-bred silk-clothed butt is less awesome.
9. If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would 8 get it back? (Josephine-Marie, Virginie)
I'm guessing a very stern reprimand and a "Don't make me tell your father about this!" coupled with a guilt trip would get the job done.
10. Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire. (George, Marguerite-Anne)
This question is stupid. How about if I call the story "Falling" or something? That tells you nothing. Instead, let's just throw out a scenario wherein George helps arrange a marriage between Marguerite-Anne and "the count" somehow... idk
11. What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together? (Julian, Josephine-Marie)
Well... one day Josephine-Marie would discover she could time travel and encounter Julian, who would explain he was her brother and, with the help of his side-kick and lovahhh Richmond, would act as a tour guide and enlist her to be his new sister. Hey... I could write a whole story about this...
12. If 7 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along? (George)
Awesomely. He could help me with my French homework and geek out over fanfic with me.
13. If you could command 3 to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be? (Adelaide)
There are so many characters for whom I would rather answer this question... but with Adelaide... I don't know. Get me some of those epic 1830's mens clothes?

I don't even really write or draw anything regarding David...
15. If 2 had to choose sides between 4 and 5, which would it be? (alt!Richmond, Julian, Richmond)
lol this is a question I have never had to ask myself. Mostly because Julian and Richmond are just never not going to be on the same side. That's how Richmond operates (and the alt!Richmond too, by the way--he latches onto the first person who makes him feel good about himself and then slowly adjusts his personality to perfectly complement theirs. He's a little pathetic, to be honest...) Given that, alt!Richmond would side with whoever Josephine-Marie sided with.
16. What might 10 shout while charging into battle? (Natalie)
"WHO WANTS A WHIFF OF MY CHLOROFORM?!?" haha, oh dear...
17. If you chose a song to represent 8, which song would you choose? (Virginie)
That is difficult and I disapprove. "What I Did For Love"?
18. 1, 6, and 12 are having dim sum at a Chinese restaurant. There is only one scallion pancake left, and they all reach for it at the same time. Who gets to eat it? (Josephine-Marie, Sophie, Marguerite-Anne)
Oh dear, what a question. Well... I'm going to say Marguerite-Anne, just because Josephine-Marie would politely pull her hand back and pretend it was okay with her that one of the others take it (when in fact it would make her extremely unhappy), Sophie would probably try to insist Josephine-Marie take it, and while they were arguing Marguerite-Anne would just roll her eyes and slide it onto her plate.
19. What might be a good pick-up line for 2 to use on 10? (alt!Richmond, Natalie)
FIRST LET ME JUST SAY that the only reason this would happen would be as part of a cunning plan to ruin Natalie. This scenario hurts my brain. Second, my brain is a terrible place and is churning out really awful answers to this question. I'll narrow it down to the slightly IC "Want to come back to my room so I can inspect your implants?"

20. What would 5 most likely be arrested for? (Richmond)
On his own, probably shoplifting. If it was a team effort with Julian, public indecency. Or homosexuality, depending on which time period they're in.
21. What is 6's secret? (Sophie)
She knows she's going to be murdered and that it has to happen.
22. If 11 and 9 were racing to a destination, who would get there first? (David, Francois)
Umm... probably Francois? This question made me realise how similar they are and I'm becoming ashamed. But being from the 18th century would probably give you an advantage (given that you walk everywhere unless you're on a horse), whereas David never leaves his house...
23. If you had to walk home through a bad neighborhood late at night, would you feel safer in the company of 7 or 8? (George, Virginie)
Those are terrible choices! An old man or a sickly baroness? For heaven's sake. Well, I guess George... just because no matter how cool Virginie is, she's still an eighteenth-century bred bourgeois who can barely catch her breath to walk...

Because if you replace Julian with alt!Julian... actually, here. If I switch around the names I totally have the plot for the second book. I'm not entirely proud of that.
