Shameless Plugs
People have been asking me when I'm leaving for the States. I already booked my ticket for July 27, after Columbia told me that I can't enter the US earlier than that on my student visa. But after getting my passport back from the embassy, I found out that they gave me a May 20 entry date. I have no idea why, but I think they can sense that I will spend a LOT of money eating, watching musicals and shopping if I get to NYC early (lol!).
So anyway, I am so tempted to go to the US early, so that I can get settled in. I can always crash at my brother's place, just in case student housing isn't available yet.
But before I do that, I have to dispose of the following stuff to finance my education. So if you, or anyone you know, is interested, please please please let me know. I will forever be indebted. :-)
1. Alpa Salcedo Studio - 31 sq m in HV dela Costa St, Salcedo Village. Fully-furnished and newly renovated, just add your own appliances and clothes. New everything, floors, toilet, bathtub, kitchen, walls, etc. P2.5M negotiable, especially if it's a direct owner-to-owner transaction. Great 11th floor view of the Salcedo Park. No parking slot though. More pics here.
2. Serendra Studio - 43 sq m. in Serendra, Fort Bonifacio. The unit is above Pulu Kai Grill, directly facing the Piazza. It's in Two Serendra, and is the first batch to be turned over June/July of this year. P5.4M negotiable.
3. Honda Jazz 2005 - In great condition, since I was barely here in Manila. 30,000 mileage. Price TBD.
