A day in the life of Richmackin
So, yesterday, I checked my email and got a whole bunch of emails from strange email addresses with subject lines referring to things I've written. Turns out that there's a high school media lit class somewhere out there that had an assignment to check out my website and interview me about one of the things I wrote. No warning that such a thing would happen. It was especially weird since a lot of the stuff is over 4 years old.
Meanwhile, in August Blair and I decided to start pushing the band we're in. We played a show tonight (fundraiser for bike group) and we have shows the 12th, 14th (Zen center fundraiser), 15th (city repair event), Nov 3rd (the Pirates Tavern vegan place) and 10th in addition to our every 2nd and 4th Sunday gig at a cafe. Dang, how'd I become an active drummer?
