It is too damned hot!
I may be getting spoiled by air conditioning but I played sioftball today and felt like I was on the surface of the sun. I got one hit, a home run but I sucked in the field, my arm needs work. I drank three liters of water in an hour and a half and I still lost 4 pounds and pissed yellow. I must get out more. The three sourses are killing free time. I am not working out enough.
