(no subject)
It's seven in the evening and I just got out of the shower. Joseph is here, waiting for Jeremy to come & pick him up with the car after he gets out of work, and I think I have some things to give Jeremy for my costume on Tuesday.
Last night I hung out with Joseph & Jeremy at the Saint. We went to see the Tuesday show & check out who won. This girl who used to be named Egypt (I think its Carmen now) won with this Beyonce dance routine from the VMA's. You know, the Baby Boy/Crazy In Love mix from the MTV video awards. She had about five or so dancers, who came out at different times. It was really cute actually, so it made me nervous to face her next week, but Jeremy says she's been doing that routine for some time now, and used it before to perform at other clubs. She only has a week to prepare for the competition on the 28th of June if she doesn't have something already so, -fingers crossed- we'll see. I'm also up against Kelis Elliot, who I here is good... but last night while watching the show the MC Jenny McCall was like, "Join us next week to see Kimora! And... who won last week?" so she totally forgot haha. So now my routine is myself as Christina Aguilera performing Can't Hold Us Down/Fighter/& Lady Marmalade with Amunique Matthews cameoing as Lil Kim during Marmalade and Jeremy & Norbie as my backup dancers during Can't Hold Us Down/& Lady Marmalade. The costumes are freakin awesome, so you really really have to go and watch if you can Tuesday night, June 28th. It starts at 11:00 PM! And bring some $! Jk lol.
Destiny stayed over at my apartment for a few days, the exact amount of time that Tanasha was gone & at Pattie's. I came home with her the night of the party downtown that they were throwing. I saw a lot of people there... Shannon, Jenna, Serena... haha... and Amunique, Mocha, Alayna.
That's so cute about Norbie being a backup dancer... he's such a cutie!!
I kinda miss school, but it is summer. I need to look back into it.
