It really depends on the relationship between the "daughter" and the "father".
I mean was this guy acting as a father to the daughter while growing up? If yes, then there is something a bit dodgy about it, but the article doesn't say either way.
May also be considered morally repugnant that the husband cheated on her with her daughter in the sense that they are two of the people closest to her and both of them betrayed her (ie kind of like your best friend hooking up with your husband).
I seem to remember something similar and even more bizarre couplings on numerous Jerry Springer shows. The audience did not seem to find it so repugnant. In fact they positively loved it.
