I have been forbidden by Alicia to speak of the engagement so I am just going to say that I am definitely not engaged to Alicia.

Would it be alright holding off on any type of public announcement until I've told my friends and family? It would just be odd if everyone else found out before they did and Merlin, I get enough grief as it is.

When I next see them. I haven't told Angelina or Oliver yet, and they're in greater physical proximity to me. Let me deal with one person who thinks that I'm the queen of the dumb smart girls for agreeing to marry you at a time, will you? Because obviously I'm a twit who has no taste in men. Why the hell should I care? It's my taste and I'm the one who's marrying you and I like you fine.

But I don't like the dogfight. The dogfight is dumb.
