(no subject)
Well, today was better then yesterday. I played hooky in the morning, which is why I am posting at 1 a.m. local time - had to work sometime, you know? Anyway I went to the Petrin Gardens which I suspect will quickly become my local getaway of preference. When Jack got home (not at 1 a.m. like yesterday!) he'd managed to ditch the work people and so we had dinner alone, then took the railway back up to the top of Petrin Gardens to look at the roses. It was dusk when we came back down, and we were just in time to see fireworks over the river. Nice!
So, photos. Good lord, why does anyone use Flickr? What a shitty interface!! I uploaded five times and I just now finally got them to display in the correct order. I was about to give up. Anyway, don't say I never gave you nothing, LJ:
