Doth the Winds Blow
Who doesn't like a good blow job?
Unfortunately its our carpets who are benefiting today.
After last night's flooding debacle, maintenance brought over two high-power blowers and a dehumidifier and set us up to blow our carpets dry and for the dehumidifier to suck that aerosolized water out of the air.
And so that's been our day... lounging about listening to the carpets getting blown, tossing them around so the undersides and concrete get attention too, and basically lamenting all the crap we're going through right now thanks to the arseholes on the top floor.
We tried breaking up the monotony by browsing the Lenox Mall, but, none of the stores there really cater to us (they're all upscale brands that, let's face it, just don't speak our middle class language); and getting cheese sticks, garlic knots and a slice of pizza from Gino's.
Otherwise, we've not really been able to do much today. We got so tired of sitting around that we finally plugged the Internet back in for a respite. Hopefully we'll get new padding tomorrow so we can begin putting ourselves back together...
