Haha, bet you were expecting a REAL entry! FOOLS!

I took this thingy here from Paige's livejournal. Anyways, I guess I'll write some sort of entry thingy.
Since the end of January, I've been working at Astor, and I enjoy it very much, despite some moments where I get frustrated with the kids/myself/fellow staff.
Uncle Rick had heart surgery and stayed with us for two months. He just left yesterday, which is better for all involved, I think.
I've stopped eating meat AGAIN. Yes, again. Surprised? Anya's already expressed regret, and I'm sure Christine will have some sort of remark for me once she finds out. Shhh, I won't tell her if you don't.
In all honesty, I want to apologize to those of you who haven't heard from me in a long time, and some have probably given up on me. It's not that I've been busy (it'd be a nice excuse) it's that I'm VERY VERY bad about being in touch with people.
Part of it is how self-centered I am in general, part of it that I'm just kind of remote and aloof and everything, but I still love you guys, honest. Drop me an IM or an e-mail, and you'd be surprised that I still care.
If anyone is still looking here for some sort of confirmation that I'm still alive.
:)
I've been alright. There've been ups and downs, but honestly, things are much better than when I lived in Baltimore, my self-worth has gone up quite a bit, and I love doing work that I enjoy and makes me feel like a person with sort of purpose in life.
I have a new cell phone. Ask me for the # if you want it.
Anyway, there's not really much else to talk about. Things are pretty dull in Pine Plains. I've been teaching Sunday School and operating as a member of my church's Session, which is quite a change, but hey, I enjoy that too.
There MAY be a problem, though. We'll try and get it resolved.
Anyway, I teach Sunday School with the daughter of the organist, who's about 16/17. It's been a pleasure working with her, and it worries me that our partnership is being threatened by an outside force, of sorts.
But it will be resolved, in due time, with an amicable solution for all parties, I hope.
Now I'm just babbling. Anyway, that's pretty much my (boring) life right now. Vacation in August upcoming, with Baltimore a likely destination. Anyone wanna put me up for a week or so? :P~

A Childhood Friend
Your score was 44 in Unbelievability! You are your author's childhood friend, and a good example of a fun character for fiction writers everywhere..

You're a pretty neat person- but still very real. You are a person of
few extremes, but you have your moments of glory. When you're at your
best, people can be wowed by you- but you're not always at your best. And that's OK. You're only human.

A novel with you as a character would sell quite well. It might not
make the New York Times' bestseller list, but then again, it might. Who
knows? Most people would certainly buy a book with you as a character
in it. Well, they might wait for it be available in paperback- but
they'd buy it eventually.

My test tracked 1 variable How you compared to other people your age and gender:

You scored higher than 40% on Implausibility
