Had my appendix out Monday morning after presenting at ER Sunday night/Monday AM. Quite surprised - symptoms seemed more Gall Bladderish. Was released Tuesday afternoon.

Thanks. :D The wart was just a quick doctor's surgery job. Just ten minutes or so, and almost nothing to feel, so hardly any deal at all.

I've had warts removed a few different ways. Might I ask which way yours was?

Scraped off with some sort of small metal loop, I think. Probably frozen, I'm not sure. (On a shoulder so I couldn't see it, and I'd have been too squeamish to look anyway. ;) )

Was it a plantar wart?

I don't think so. Just a small anonymous bump, probably quite innocent but they took it off to be safe.
