Well, downtime.
According to the social calendar that is Facebook I'm missing Bristol Pride this weekend. It's almost certainly raining - hahaha! Don't think it was much my cup of tea.
So, yeah, I'm parked on the sofa in Nuneaton for the weekend. Certainly better than the stupid bed I'm renting in Bristol at the moment. Watched Manhunter and Silence of the Lambs after I rather hesitantly admitted to Viv and Crys that I hadn't seen either of these Thomas Harris giants. (have seen Hannibal. both last night were better.) Manhunter - was very surprised to both find Will Peterson (Grissom from CSI) and Brian Cox (Stryker from X2). Classy, chilling film. I can see it screwing you up as an actor (re: Peterson) mind. SotL - amazing. I knew it was going to be - but amazing.
As such, of course, it seemed that with the late night (half two) and my random overactive brain, that I ended up having a rather disturbing dream that woke me up at a dark hour. I've blanked most of the memories of it, as all I wanted to do was turn over and go back to sleep, slight cold sweat or no.
Let us subtitle this dream "Silence of the Rabbits". Unlike the film it was actually the rabbits who were being skinned and boy were they pissed off about it. [shudders]
