Today I received a letter from the council with regards to my HB.
It states that from the 21/7 my HB has due to the reason of 'Miscellaneous Change',
has been altered to £0.00.
This unsuprisingly represents a 100% reduction not the 10% advertised,
I am a tad concerned.
