Personal Update
Well, seeing as how I haven't been on this in eons, I'll have to provide my public with a personal update. My last day of exams at bay View was June 17, 2005. The following Monday (June 20, 2005), I started the Summer Science Program at Providence College. Which is where I am right now. I'm supposed to be working on a power point on forensics, but I cannot write it without the help of my previously written term paper, The CSI Effect. Anywho, the first week of school went by wicked fast. We spent the week working on Gel Electrophoresis and DNA Fingerprinting. We made four gels that week. We also have to make DNA models for Family Night, which is this Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Y'all are welcome to come. My model is made of Twizzlers and gumdrops! I am wicked excited. This Thursday we will be going on a field trip to the Rhode Island Crime Lab at the University of Rhode Island. We are also going to the medical examiner's office. I am really looking forward to that. Next week, we will be working on cloning.
