Homemade tofishy.

My friend Ingrid has recently gone vegan (woo!) and was craving fish fingers. I found this recipe for vegan fish fingers, and couldn't resist making a trial batch.




The coating was good, but I think that next time, I'd add more kelp, and do some serious tofu prep work to firm it up a lot, as the texture of the tofu was way off. This may be because I fried them instead of baking, though. I also found that I didn't even use up half of the coating / soy milk, so I'll be keeping that in mind next time. However, there's potential for this recipe, so I'll give it a go another time!
