i'm goin' back to cali...
hmm...it seemed to take forever to get here, but i did arrive after a few flights and screaming children. i was extremely ... anxious ... when i got here, but after a few long conversations, my katie calgon has taken me away.
i took a drive through san jose today, and i felt like i was in another country. all of the signs were in spanish, all i saw were spanish-speaking people, and there were 40 spanish radio stations. so i listened to a cd instead.
jet lag is still getting the better of me at this time. i do not really mind, but it is quite tiring.
now i'm off to take a walk through downtown palo alto, and later after katie returns, we're supposed to be going to dinner with her friends. should be fun.
