First day at work
Reported late for work todae by 15mins. Reason is that they have shifted to a new tower since Oct and the distance from City Hall is longer now. I need to walk the entire stretch of towers to reach Tower 4. Gee...luckily it din rain or else if i would need a longer time to reach office. The view on the 35th floor is splendid, i must say! We get to see the sea, Ferris Wheel and the coast line ahead. Gosh...it definitely beats facing Pan Pac all the time (former office view). N so is the new office. My, it is huge! I mean we are occupying the entire level and now that everywhere has expanded, the additional walls somehow separated each dept away from one another and the common pantry seems so quiet. Back in the old office, we use to gather around the pantry to have some chit chat sessions and bond with one another. Itz a small and cozy office, in the past. Okay, although there has not been any major changes to the manpower, but somehow the walls seem to isolate depts.
Okay, back to the new office again. The best part is that the pantry has a tv!! Best still, there's starhub cable. Haha...i had lunch while watching cartoon network this aftern. Pearlyn (HR) popped in and we watched Tom n Jerry till 1pm. Nice show manz!
All rite, i'm kinda tired out frm the exhausting work (i was tidying up the marketing storerm todae since my lap top is not ready yet). Time for me to relax a little.
