(no subject)
A bunch of stuff to update about today. First off is Hot Fuzz. I think I almost wet myself one hundred times during this movie. Friggen hilarious. I am probably going to be saying "Yarp" for a good long time to come.
Second is that I found a place I can go to get some training and hopefully a job in the Alberta Oil sands. That pays great money, and is nice hard work that should whip me into shape faster then I can imagine. I am going to wait until at least after my brother graduates to go out there though, since he was nice enough to get me an invitation to his ceremony. It IS nice to see him finally doing something that he loves. Bastard is at the top of his class though, so now whatever I do I have to be great at..... Or beat him up regularly.
Thirdly my tattoo. I will admit that I had butterflies right before getting it, and a few after getting it, but I am pretty sure that is because I couldn't believe I had just spent that much money on getting stabbed a couple thousand times with an inky needle. I DO love it. Huge props go to the people at Utility tattoos on Blowers street in Halifax. They rock. I am glad I only got it done in black, I had toyed around with the idea of getting it done in some other colours but it looks much better this way I believe.
