Running and Plants again

Continuing to take chunks of time off my runs. I had no idea that I could make such improvement so quickly as I have never timed my runs before at any length. I am running 2km/1.2 miles three times a week in boots around the roads of Brynmill -so up and down hills rather than on a track, and then doing a 5.79km run on a Saturday afternoon following the same route -but doing it three times hence the perculiar distance. I am then doing some core stuff on off days. When I stop making improvements to my short runs I am going to start rucking with my chainmail, as after all, beyond a passing nod to not being incredibly unhealthy, LARP fitness is what its all about.

I now have two tiny lemon trees that have grown from seed -which I am surprised and impressed by! My chilli crop though has turned a little bit to bullshit though in that well over half the seedlings are just not strong enough I think, I don't know why; I am assuming low light levels and poor seed (the last house I grew chilli in was way hotter and brighter). I am going to push on with the good ones that I have left and try to follow up again with the Fatalli seeds. Kind of annoying -but the Fatalli will actually be edible, and I do still have two Carolina Reapers -which unlike the other seedlings are actually doing fine. The ginger has not sprouted, but I might tag in some garlic instead as that is sprouting. Tomatoes bravely continue out doors. Aubergine seedling also perseveres.

Will probably take some plant pictures when they are more potted up.
