I'm not nervous about the race, but I AM nervous about having to mingle with the other pilots like this. Wish I could keep the plane in the Fierta.

Oh, come on. What's so bad with getting to know the other pilots? I'm sure they'll all end up admiring your awesome piloting skills and patting you on the back like a good, old friend~!

In times of competition, all pilots not in your team are possible saboteurs.

That doesn't mean they can't admire you, right? And if they even consider sabotaging you, that probably means they feel inadequate compared to your skills! So don't let that worry you, just remain alert and rightfully confident that you'll win this race, no matter what!

But how are you, after that fear gas thing?

Well, feel confident that your skills will win this race even if your plane isn't safe! Although, couldn't you just arm yourself with a million guns and traps? That'll probably scare off half of the would-be saboteurs.

Anyhow! I'm fine, fine! Sorry if I scared you, but hey, you know how the fear gas works, right? At least it won't happen again!

Actually, I would expect you to be afraid after sniffing fear gas, not frightening.

But then, what will happen if three - no, five - armed men come in the middle of the night to sabotage your plane? Just how would you fend them off?

Oh, but I was afraid! I mean, didn't I seem the least bit panicked? I did quite a bit of things I normally wouldn't do - unless I was really desperate, I suppose.

I'd make a ruckus and get the other pilots or the security team to come running.
