Today I, an American, flew on a British airline from Rome, Italy, to Basel/Mulhouse, in Switzerland and France, in order to get to Freiburg, Germany.
The airplane was quadrolingual: German, French, Italian, and English, although not always in that order.
Needless to say, I survived, and I am now in Freiburg, and will be so, for the next two months.
