I didn't want to mention it at the beginning because I didn't know if I would stick with it, but I've lost ten pounds the past two months. Can't say it's an accident. I've been watching what I eat lately, plus I'm trying to save money, so I don't eat out as often. Exercise is still at a minimum, though I'll bust out with crunches every once and awhile when I'm not tired... which is kinda rare. I sort of want to get a gym membership, but not until I secure a new job, which I will start looking for this week. It's really hard to get me motivated sometimes to do things. I'm always tired or stressed. Now that school's over though, my week is much more free and relaxing, though I've been sleeping like a mofo.
Plus I know I'll lose at least three ponds at A-kon. True, most of it is water weight, but I know I don't eat a whole lot at cons. Too tired. Plus I do a lot of friggin walking.
Man, I don't know why I never have energy. Maybe it's because I'm not much of a coffee or soda drinker except for once in a blue moon, or if it's the only thing available. Hmm, well whatever it is, it's annoying. I need the energy!!! I was thinking I might try brewing tea soon, though I haven't much experiece with it. Does anyone have any recommendations for making tea or tea flavors? I like sweet and fragrant teas. Bitter tea turns me off.
