just a few hours later
so, i did go to the rally and march for the hawaiians.
part of the reason i wanted to go was because i'd never gone before. i thought it might be fun. it was and very interesting.
i couldn't believe how many people showed up.
we met and rallied at iolani palace

and then marched
down King Street to Nuuanu then up Nuuanu toward the mausoleum,
however we got tired and decided not to go into the mausoleum areas and stoped outside of one of the cemetaries. we caught a bus back. i thought that was kinda half-assed, but i was tired too, so i guess it was okay.
the procession was pretty long. i think maybe 3 miles. i don't know i guess i'll check the news tonight.
so all in all i thought it was pretty neat. i even chanted. man it was hot. i got a little headache but it cleared with some drugs.
oh, so right next to iolani palace is the YWCA.
now, i'm not a christain advocate or anything of the sort, but this sign was neat.
well, i'm gonna take a shower. maybe clean a little. edwin comes tomorrow. i'm dead tired.
