Happy Halloween!
So since the last post we have about half of the kitchen finished - included having the microwave installed. It's pretty neat, to defrost chicken I don't have to leave it out all day lol. Kind of lame, I know.
Now all we have to have done is lower the other cupboards, and re-drywall the ceiling and paint the kitchen a new color. It's like a dark sage and we think it needs to be lightened up a bit.
Yesterday I spent a while cleaning up the office a bit. Now the computer is in here, I can listen to the radio and all that good stuff. Now all I have left is to do a whole bunch of laundry and clean up the basement a bit and the house will be all tidy :)
Planning on just handing out candy tonight, too. Nothing really special. Apparently our city only does trick-or-treat from 5:30pm till about 7pm. Lame. They should at least give the kids enough time to get some good candy, lol. They want us to shut off our outside lights after 7pm too, to deture any "late night" trick-or-treaters. Lame. I think we'll leave ours on.
Dogs are doing quite well, getting along just fine still. Rosco is being a little devil though, such a puppy. I can't wait until he just learns to be good! He's getting there though.
