I heard Gwen Stefani's new song "Wind it Up" on the radio. Holy. Crap. Who thought a song about the shit and its banana-like state. The thing that clinches this song's place in my "rockin' out alone in the house" playlist is Gwen's masterly sampled song from The Sound of Music. The one yodeled by the goat-girl marionette-- "down in the valley a lonely goat-herd / lei-ee-oh-da-lei-ee-oh-da-lei-hee-hooooo" Delightful. Totally delightful.
