help....
This plea for help goes out to all my people in the panhandle. I'm writing an overview of the entire area in 1,000 words. No problem. What is a problem is that I'm going to need pictures. Between now and the June 5th deadline, I'm going to be in Philadelphia until the 28th, then attending my best friend's wedding on June 3rd. That gives me 4 days to get representative photos of North West Florida. Balls. I hate driving from Orlando to Pensacola (wings of gold!!!). So, if anyone wants to send me some publishable photos of Florida that
-are at least 7.1 MP
-show the good side of the coastal panhandle (nothing inland, this is a boating magazine) perhaps nice marinas or rivers or whatever
-YOU OWN (no copyright infringements, please)
please do so. Of course, you will be paid and given credit. This is your opportunity to add "photojournalist" to your resume, and receive my endless gratitude.
On a side note, the crap I wrote about rerigging...
I wrote it in an hour on a cruise ship ($0.50 a minute for the freakin' internet) and the guy loved it. I don't know what kind of revisions he had to make and frankly don't care. I am still a little shocked and over the moon that he is going to use it at all, let alone praise it.
